At The Catholic Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of faith-inspired goods. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and documentation are included, and securely attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
