How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Personalized or engraved items may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing before leaving our warehouse.
What is your return policy for religious items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that personalized items, opened media, and clearance products are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Can I have my items blessed before they are shipped?
According to Canon Law, the sale of blessed items is prohibited. Therefore, we sell all items unblessed so that you may take them to your local priest for a personal blessing.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no extra cost.
